Cancellation Policy

The greatest desire at Milestones On The Go is to deliver patients the highest level of care available in order to maximize the benefits of therapy. Consistent attendance demonstrates patient commitment and leads to better potential for client progress. With your help this can be accomplished.

Kindly provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 

​

We understand things happen. Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, Milestones On The Go will offer a grace period of two-weeks to make up your appointment. If your appointment is rescheduled and attended, Milestones On The Go will waive the cancellation fee.​
