Do you accept insurance?
Milestones On The Go is out-of-network with all insurance carriers. Remaining private pay allows us to provide treatment that is meaningful to your child and family rather than what is "meaningful" to insurance companies. It is our desire to partner with you and your child and it is our promise to always provide ethical, evidence based treatment and appropriate discharge planning.
How can I pay for OT Services?
Out of Network
Reimbursement
We prepare a monthly superbill (medical claim receipt) free of charge upon your request, should you desire to submit to your out-of-network insurance benefits for direct reimbursement back to you. Please be aware that not all employers offer out-of-network benefits.
HSA/FSA
Many families are able to use their health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) to cover the cost of therapy.
Grant Funding
Many families have success utilizing grants to support the cost of therapy. Please see below for a list of grants that you may find helpful.
Stipends
Some counties provide stipends for students who are in private school or homeschooled.
In Network Deficiency
Due to the limited number of OT's in the area to meet the current demand of pediatric OT, many in-network providers have extensive waitlists. As such, you may qualify for a network gap exception through your insurance carrier. This may allow your out-of-network costs to be treated as in-network for billing purposes.
Pro bono
Milestones On The Go offers a limited number of pro bono treatment slots. If you cannot afford the cost of therapy, ask about our pro bono waitlist.

Services and Rates:
Rates based on 45-minute treatment sessions
Individual Occupational Therapy: $135
Individual Aquatic Occupational Therapy: $135
Small Group Occupational Therapy (2-4 kiddos): *$90
Occupational Therapy Evaluation: $425

Evaluation includes standardized testing, scoring, interpretation, and written report

Prorated if no standardized testing is warranted

If your child has received an OT Evaluation in the past 12 months, let us know as an evaluation may not be needed
*Rates may be less for some groups that are co-treated by OT and Speech, or OT and PT

** Therapeutic Listening and Interactive Metronome can be provided as a treatment modality during therapy sessions as indicated OR as individualized full protocol programs. Additional fees apply for full protocol delivery of these services.
